Spearhead Outfitters (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Wild Havens Tenting Ltd. We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of British Columbia and Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
When you make a booking we collect your name, email address, phone number, rental dates, and delivery or collection address where applicable. Payment information (card details, PayPal account) is handled directly by Square and PayPal respectively — we never see or store your full payment credentials.
We use your information solely to process and fulfil your gear rental booking, communicate with you about your order, and comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Payments are processed securely by Square (squareup.com) and PayPal (paypal.com). Each processor's own privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data. We receive only a transaction reference and confirmation of payment.

By placing a booking with Spearhead Outfitters you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before completing your order.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Spearhead Outfitters. Full payment is required at the time of booking. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order. A booking is not confirmed until you receive this email.
You may cancel your booking online at any time up to 24 hours before your rental start date. Cancellations made within this window will receive a 75% refund of the total amount paid, processed automatically to your original payment method. Cancellations requested within 24 hours of the rental start date are not permitted — please contact us at contact@spearheadoutfitters.ca if you have an exceptional circumstance.
You are responsible for the gear from the time of pickup or delivery until it is returned. Gear must be returned in the same condition as received, clean and undamaged. You will be charged for any damage, loss, or excessive soiling beyond normal wear and tear. Replacement costs will be billed at current retail pricing.
Gear must be returned by the agreed end date. Late returns will be charged at the standard daily rate for each additional day the gear is not returned.
Delivery and collection services are available in the Pemberton, Whistler, and Squamish areas. Delivery fees apply as shown at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive or release the gear at the agreed time.
Spearhead Outfitters / Wild Havens Tenting Ltd. is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of rented gear. All gear is used at the renter's own risk. We recommend appropriate personal protective equipment and familiarity with any equipment before use.
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
